Players need to own or rent a land in order to play. Each land has its own very unique features and utilities. Richy Monday has four (4) rarity of lands.

Rare

Epic

Legendary

Mythical

Rare lands will have a 10% farming boost and fixed 5% commission fee from everyone who rents on their lands; however it can only accommodate a maximum 10 renters.

Epic lands will have a 17% farming boost and fixed 10% commission fee and can accommodate 1 up-to 20 potential renter.

Legendary lands give a 25% farming boost and will have a fixed 15% commission fee from everyone who rents on their lands. Legendary landowners can accommodate a maximum of 30 potential renters.

We also have a rare mint of Mythical lands that will only be available on Sea voyage quest! This is almost a legend they say in Richy town, old stories told by the nuns. Players need to go on a voyage and rent ships from the in-game shop and sail across the narrow sea and find all the rare mythical lands out there! It has its own rumors that whoever owns this land will have unlimited resources and at its maximum number of treasures!

Mythical land will give 40% farming boost and fixed 20% commission fee. Mythical landowners can accommodate a maximum of 45 potential renters.

Every 7 days, all renters will be automatically removed on lands they're currently renting on. This is what we call a "reset" mechanism. Reset mechanism will allow all players to rent again after the reset takes effect. This mechanism is essential for removing inactive renters and give more chances to other players to farm or rent on high farming boost lands.
